Dancer Application/Registration

American Dance Legend is a competitive dance workshop taped for television and is produced by Dance Karma Entertainment LLC.
The producer requests that only serious applicants apply as participants and the winner of the season will be exposed nationally to
the entertainment and media industries. The winner of the televised season will become the representative of American Dance
Legend (Season 1) and will be required to make public appearances and performances representing the title of being the "American
Dance Legend." The selected "American Dance Legend" must be willing to use this title to make a positive and prolific impact on
our American communities. The winner will also receive a package of gifts and provisions valued over $5,000 designed to assist the
winner in becoming a successful professional in the dance and entertainment industries. This could be the workshop/television series
that could change your life.
Dancer applications/registations are limited and are first come first serve basis. Early registrations reserve the limited participant
spots for dancers who will apply from the United States.

                                                        Application Process
> You must complete and submit the official "American Dance Legend Application" provided below

> Applications will be reviewed for acceptance by Dance Karma Entertainment

> Applicants who have been approved to participate in Season 1 of American Dance Legend will be contacted by email by November 6, 2009

> Applicants who have been contacted to participate in Season 1 must provide payment for the three day workshop fee
· Payment Plan A - $200 Full Payment - Guaranteed Participation - Due by November 13, 2009
· Payment Plan B - $100 Deposit - Reserved Participation - Due by November 13, 2009
                             $100 Balance- Guaranteed Participation - Due by December 4, 2009
· All payments are non-refundable unless the workshop becomes overbooked in which case overbooked participants are entitled to a refund.
· Dancer applications/registration spots are limited and are first come first serve basis. Early registrations booked with approved application and payment received reserve the
limited participant spots.
                                                          Application Rules
> You must be available to participate in all three days of the workshop to include twelve hours per day February 26-29, 2010 to be held in Norfolk Virginia

> You must be able to prove at the time of your registration on February 26, 2010 that:
· You are a legal U.S. Citizen or a permanent U.S. Resident by showing two forms of valid government issued ID
· You are 14 to 26 years old on February 26, 2010 (which means you must be born on or between February 27, 1984 and February 26, 1996).
If you were born before or after this window, you are not eligible to participate this season.

> You must be able to demonstrate to the satisfaction of Producer at that time of registration that you do not have any of the following
agreements in effect (written or oral):
· a contract for talent representation (for example, a talent agent or manager);
· a music recording contract;
· an agreement relating to the use of your name, voice and/or likeness;
· an exclusive acting contract; or
· any other contractual arrangement that would prohibit you from fully participating in the show

> All applicants must complete the application truthfully. Producer reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude, in our sole and absolute discretion, any
individual from participating in the workshop for any reason or for no reason at all, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these rules, or
submitting false or embellished information on the application or any other submitted paper work. Producer also reserves the right to change the rules and
procedures at any time.

> Participants Under 18 Years of Age: If you will be under 18 years of age on the day you register your parent and/or legal guardian MUST accompany you
to the registration and must have a valid government issued photo ID.

                                                          Winners Package
> Winner of the season will win the following gifts, services, and provisions provided by the shows sponsors and supporters:
· $1,000 provided by Dance Karma Entertainment
· An exclusive meeting in New York City with the famous DDO Artists Agency for the opportunity to have dance agent representation for placement in

· A full packaged Dancer/Model photography shoot with Abejon Photography provided by Abejon Photography
· One year of free entrees to Texas Roadhouse provided by Texas Roadhouse of Chesapeake VA

· A National Press Release to Premiere Print & On-Line Media Publications Featuring the Winner of Season 1
